Practical consultancy that helps organisations see their learning systems clearly and deliver what lasts.
I’m Michael Wadley – learning strategist, consultant, and author. I help organisations build learning systems that perform under pressure. Whether you’re leading a digital team, reviewing capability, or improving training across a service, I support teams to think clearly, act with purpose, and deliver stronger outcomes.
I do not deliver off-the-shelf training or sell a standard process. Instead, I work alongside teams to make their learning systems more visible, purposeful, and adaptable. This includes leading structured reviews, facilitating learning diagnostics, shaping strategy, and helping senior leaders understand what is truly happening within their learning function.
